Estimate to install a new T&P on the water heater. It is currently leaking by right now. Install new T&P
Replaced TXV. But noticed the 12 inch crossover deck was full of water. Explained to Carson he needs to replace and go back with at least 14” cross over duct.

Arrived today from for no cooling. 2 ton 2009 Heil heat pump. Found system low on R22 Freon. Highly recommended upgrading system due to age of equipment. Band- aid add R22 to system no warranty
Install 5 ton Trane XR14 Heat pump system. 10 years parts and 2 years labor warranty.
Arrived today for no cooling on main level. Found indoor coil leaking Freon. Bypass disconnect to outdoor unit. Gave customer options on repair are replacing. Consultation fee. She will call us back after she talks to her mother.
Plumbing inspection on house to sell house Whole home plumbing inspection complete. Everything on the house is draining properly and nothing is leaking. Water pressure is where it is supposed to be on house as well. Water has great flow and water is also getting hot. Water heater is working great as well.
We did a upgrade panel outside and inside of house , we replace for new breaker panels and breakers , new ground system and surge protector, inside we install GFCI breakers we test everything, Now everything is working properly

I was called out for Mr. Spiller. He got a generator Generac 12 KW 55 Amp , I couldn’t get in touch with him, but I look at it and I don’t have the kit for do it right now. We need to do a special order. I will send to him estimate with the price for us to do the maintenance that will be included oil change, oil filter, air filter, spark +2 and clean inside of the generator with the vacuum.
I was called out for Miss Lisa, She has mobile home and the lights they are Flickering, trace circuit and a check voltage. Everything looks normal, but the inside panel is not separate. Grounds and neutrals. Also I checked their outdoor service and the ground road is pretty old so it’s not making the right connection. I talk with Miss Lisa about all these issues and she’s gonna think about it and call Alabama power first To make sure that everything is fine and them end and then She’s gonna call us back I’ll send multiple options to her
